On August 20 at 19:30 UTC an update to the backend Directions API routing service was deployed that triggered elevated rates of errors and crashing exceptions in certain versions of the Navigation SDK. The API update was rolled back and returned to a healthy state by 05:00 UTC on August 21 and affected customers should already see recovery.
