Navigation API services reduced availability

Resolved

On Oct 22 2022 between 12:00-14:04 UTC (~2hours), Navigation API services were unavailable in the Asia Pacific region. Customers who may have accessed the following products received higher than expected service unavailability rates or failed trip sessions: Directions API, Map Matching API, Navigation SDK and Mapbox Dash.

As of 14:04 UTC on Oct 22 2022, the issue was remediated and all services were functioning normally.
