We are continuing to investigate this issue and hold jobs in queue. Queued jobs will be submitted upon recovery.

We have discovered an issue where all jobs submitted to the Mapbox Tiling Service were failing unexpectedly. In response all jobs are now being held in queue and users will experience long job processing times.
