Identified

An aggressive surge of geocoding requests causing increased error rates and latency to spill over on some customers in North America. We are adjusting throttle levels and working fully redirect the traffic to an isolated environment.

Error rates on the Geocoding API have returned to normal as we continue to investigate the incident.
